Since 1932, Maison Laborie, rooted in the heart of Cantal, has been
preserving artisanal expertise in the production of exceptional
charcuterie.
By taking full control of its supply chain in 2017, the company made a
strong commitment to a local approach: raising heavy, free-range pigs in the underbrush of the Cantal chestnut grove and transforming its
products itself to satisfy butchers, charcutiers, and restaurateurs.
Today, we birth, raise, transform, and mature all the free-range pork we work with.
