The oldest charcuterie in Alsace (1876) and in the form of a cooperative since 2019. Our slogan: the company that belongs to its employees! Operating in the markets of charcuterie, cured meats, and catering. Our mission is to showcase Alsatian culinary heritage on your plates, while contributing to the development of our region and having positive social and environmental impacts. Our motivation, do business taking care on our social and environmental impact that's why we have the Label and certification BCorp ans Iso 50001.
