A pioneer of organic wine in Provence, Domaine Léoube is located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, on one of Europe’s most beautiful protected sites. Nestled between land and sea, the estate captures the scents of the Mediterranean and cultivates a unique savoir-faire at the heart of Provence. Here, Château Léoube reveals a landscape that is both structured and vibrant, bathed in gentle sea spray that watches over vineyards and olive groves, patiently and meticulously tended.

Spanning 560 hectares, including 70 hectares of vineyards, a mosaic of grape varieties—Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Sémillon and Ugni Blanc—stretches along 4 km of coastline. From this exceptional setting emerge wines crafted like symphonies by Romain Ott, the passionate winemaker who has guided them for nearly 25 years. Each cuvée seeks the perfect balance between freshness, roundness and vitality, while remaining deeply faithful to the identity of its terroir. Powerful reds, delicate rosés and whites of rare elegance embody the authenticity and excellence of an estate shaped by time and passion, now radiating far beyond the region.
