SPAD De Ville is an innovative brand from Grenoble French alps offering technical accessories and apparel for the "new urban cyclist" who has embraced the bicycle as the most efficient mode of transport for their daily commute. "Spad" refers to a fast bike (inspired by the iconic French acrobatic planes from the early 20th century).
