Who are we
We are producer of premium fresh eggs pasta for retail, food service and also for food industry. Our GRAND'MERE pasta brand is made with 7 fresh free-range eggs per kilo of durum wheat semolina and is recognized by the european PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) "Pâtes d'Alsace" .
