AIF Ingredients can help you with your recipe by providing a unique ingredient, and a simple procedure to follow, for excellent quality results! Our technical experts can help you to produce locally, taking into account your specific needs, while at the same time optimizing your processes and your costs. Identifying the growing need for functional ingredients from food manufacturers wishing to manufacture locally while controlling their process and costs, the second generation of the family started AIF Ingredients in 2013. The first pilot productions led rapidly to the opening of a manufacturing site in Theix (56) to develop and manufacture a wide range of functional ingredients for cheese preparations and sauces. Today, a team of 20 people and 2 production lines produce 12000T/year. On the strength of this success, the company is preparing to move to a new manufacturing site in 2025 to reach a total capacity of 25,000 T/year.
