Who are we

Set up in 1819, SABAROT is a family-owned company involved from the start in products closed to nature. All raw materials are rigorously selected and processed by the most up-dated methods in our dedicated factories IFS/BRC certified. We offer a wide range of gourmet products to include: mushrooms, snails, dried vegetables & cereals, IQF cooked ready to eat pulses & cereals. Our products are adapted to all the distribution channels (retail/food service/industry) and sold in France and in more than 50 countries.
