Who are we

Family-owned estate located in the Cher Valley, defining itself by a permanent quality quest in the vineyard and a balance between modernity and tradition in the cellar. Our winery is above all a family estate. It is located on the left bank of the River Cher, on clay-siliceous soils. In the vineyard, we are constantly striving for quality, reflected in our use of close pruning, a return to soil cultivation on part of the vineyard, severe de-budding, leaf stripping, etc. We run the vineyard sustainably and are HVE 3 certified. In 2023, we invested in an electric robot (Bacchus from Vitibot) which allowed us to remove herbicides from 2/3 of the vineyard. In the cellar, we try to combine modernity and tradition via thermoregulation, skin maceration, micro-oxygenation, etc. Our range is made of 3 appellations: - Touraine: Sauvignon Blanc and Gamay - Touraine Chenonceaux: white (Sauvignon Blanc) and red (Malbec / Cabernet Franc) - Crémant de Loire Export sales at 60%.
