Family owned company since 1922, VALFLEURI is manufacturing traditional Pâtes d'Alsace, high quality standard product : those pasta, rich of 7 fresh free-range eggs per kilo durum wheat semolina, are a fully-fledged culinary specialty ! Traditionally they are always made with a lot of fresh eggs, contrary to most of the pasta sold all over the world, which are produced without any addition of eggs. Our range includes also a over forty different shapes presented in 250g, 500g retail pack with a clip closure.
