Who are we
The St Michel Galette, the brand's iconic product, was created in 1905. Since then, its traditional butter recipe has remained. Our Madeleine are made using the traditional French recipe dating back to 1755. At St Michel, we love good food and our goal is to share our sense of excellence that is why our products are the constantly good.
