Who are we

Founded in 1993 by Bernard Lussaut, our small business near Bordeaux is a family-run organization. Over the years, we have developed our production facilities in response to strong consumer demand, while maintaining our traditional know-how and quality standards. With quality at the heart of our values, innovative manufacturing processes has preserved the quality of our products, which contain no preservatives, additives, colorants or GMOs. If the Canelé has gone from being a confidential pastry to one of the symbols of Bordeaux Gourmand, it's thanks to Bernard Lussaut and his teams, who have devoted their energy to democratizing the Canelé in France and abroad. In just a few years, Aquitaine Spécialités has become the benchmark supplier of Southwestern pastries.
