Who are we

All started in 2016 with 3 friends passionated by beers (Martin, Marc and Youssef) who built up a brewing workshop in Paris called The Beer Fabrik with one mission : making accessible craft beers to drive change on the French market with true tasty beers. This workshop was dedicated to promote craftmanships and tasty beers by making it possible to brew its own beer. Thanks to hundreds of participants we created 4 permanent French craft beers. Hence our first beers were brewed by consumers for consumers . Back to the basics : tasty products, small batch, local supplier ingredients, original creations, L.B.F- La Brasserie Fondamentale was born. We are a French craft brewer and all our beers are made locally. We do care on selecting ingredients. We work with a permanent range of products adapted by channel. Every 3 months we brew limited editions in 33cl cans and PET kegs. We are also specialised in brewing taylormade beers whatever the volumes we are able adapt to the demand. We have our own bars and we have opened for the season a pop up bar at the rooftop of the Tower Montparnasse with the best view in Paris. We are regularly rewarded gold or silver medals highlighting the quality of our beers on international fairs like SIA in Paris. International Groups like Transavia, NEWREST catering (TGV trains), Hilton or Big Fernand are already trusting us. After reaching great success in France both in Off trade and On trade we are proud to embody French craftmanships on the international stage and start exporting our beers and we look for partners sharing the same values.
