Who are we

In the land of Burgundy Wines, with their nearly forty years experience in winemaking « Domaine Maldant-Paulevot » and fifteen years in the development of spirits « Malden Spirits », Jean Luc and Lydie Maldant being gourmets and ecological sensitive have created The Artisanal Vinegar Factory in 2020. It is based on an innovative and sophiticated approach of the production of quality Vinegars : Recycling wines, especially Burgundy wines, into vinegars !
