CHAMPAGNE BAUGET-JOUETTE

Who are we

Champagne Bauget-Jouette is a small, family-run champagne house established five generations ago in the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay. The vineyard now comprises 12.5 hectares, divided into thirty parcels across the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay, the Sézannais, the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs (Premier Cru). Mostly blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Pinot Noir, produced in lesser quantities from just a few small parcels, is used to make single vineyard champagnes. The greater part of the estate will shortly obtain HEV certification (High Environmental Value).
