Who are we

Creator of urban wines, Chai Saint Olive is a place of production. From the reception of the freshly pressed grape juice (also called must) to the bottling, including the maturation in barrels or stainless steel tanks, all stages of wine making are carried out here. Our urban wines are produced from local grape varieties (Chardonnay, Viognier, Gamay and Syrah) carefully selected from 7 estates located less than 80 kilometres from the winery. More than a family and entrepreneurial adventure, Chai Saint Olive is a human adventure punctuated by fortuitous and long-standing encounters, including those of the Chai's winegrower partners. Children of the land, in love with their vines and passionate about their profession, these winegrowers practice responsible winegrowing that respects nature and people. Following this philosophy, Franck & Grégoire have selected the Chai Saint Olive winegrowers in the Rhône Valley with Jeanne Gaillard, Yves Cuilleron, Ludovic and Emmanuel Courbis and Eric Rocher and in the Beaujolais with Viviane Tournissoux, Christophe Subrin and Hubert Cinquin.
