Bulles de Ruche follow the booming industry of premium low alcohol sparkling beverages. Bulles de Ruche is a modern sparkling mead : low ABV (4.5%), made from the pure fermentation of exceptionnal honeys (Litchi flowers honey, linden honey, lavender honey etc...). Natural (no added sugar, no added aroma, no added conservative, no gluten). Drink it pure in a wine glass or blended in a cocktail.
