Who are we

La Comtoise de Spécialités Fromagères, based in Burgundy France is a manufacturer of processed cheeses and cheese ingredients for BtoB manufacturing and Food Service professionals since 1994. We create and offer cheese ingredients that meet our customers' production, development, creation and innovation needs throughout a wide range of recipes, formats and uses. As a leading supplier in the cheese ingredients segment, we create tailor-made products to make any project a success. We recently launched a range of ready-to-use fresh cheese sauces, intended for foodservice professionals and dedicated to multiple applications: fries topping, burgers and sandwiches garnishing, pasta and risotto sauces, salads dressings.
