Who are we

In 1996, the pastry chef and ice cream maker Fabrice Legagneur founded La Charlotte. Then he has one objective in mind: to revolutionize ice cream and frozen pastries solutions, to provide our partners with exceptional products in quantity. Our large volume production is done while respecting French artisanal know-how. More than 150 people work on the production lines at La Charlotte, including many qualified pastry chefs. Our ingredients are chosen with care and rigor to offer you tasty desserts, while respecting taste and authenticity. Our recipes are developed with passion in our ultra-modern workshop in Hesdin l’Abbé, in the North of France. Thanks to our unique artisanal know-how we can offer dessert solutions which combine exception with innovation to our customers.
