Who are we

Created in 1942, the cooperative brings together sea salt producers trom Noirmoutier. In addition to producing high-quality product, these salt producers help to preserve the salt marsh area and its biodiversity. Today, more than 2,300 inlets are used for an annual production of about 2,500 tons of salt. They handle storage, packaging and trading of products and guarantee the full marketing distribution of the cooperative producers’ harvest.
