Who are we

Valter Bovetti uses to say «Passion is my best ingredient. Since 27 years, he offers the best to chocolate lovers with a personnal signature in all his recipes and puts all his know-how and creativity in his ranges of chocolates. Chocolate and ingredients are sourced from the best origins with cocoa from Sao Tome, Ecuador, Santo Domingo… hazelnuts and almonds from Italy, chili pepper from Espelette, sea salt from Guérande. All Bovetti chocolates are 100 % natural, gluten tree, soy free, palm oil free. Innovation is also a permanent goal often rewarded in International fairs: Valter Bovetti is the creator of chocolate bars with inclusions packaged in a natural packaging with a window that allows the consumer to see the chocolate. We also produce a range of unique spreads and many other premium all-year and seasonal chocolates.
