Who are we

La Trinitaine is an emblematic brand of the Brittany territory. Its history is based on a family, a region and, above all, a profession: that of biscuit maker. The story of the family biscuit factory La Trinitaine began in 1955 in a modest shop in La Trinité sur Mer. Following a mistake in a recipe, Lucien Petit, a pastry chef, invented a nugget of deliciousness: a thin rolled biscuit, the Cigarette! It was an instant success and marked the start of the La Trinitaine biscuit factory. Over 65 years later, the Petit family is still at the stove. They are proud to be perpetuating, from generation to generation, the precious heritage of the Breton gastronomy. Driven by its values of Tradition, Gourmandise, Sharing and Loyalty, the company continues to grow and perpetuate its heritage know-how. With its 48 shops and 250 employees, La Trinitaine is today: the reference for simple, authentic delicacies from Brittany!
