VIGNOBLES GABRIEL & CO

Who are we

The history of Vignobles Gabriel & Co started with a man and an estate: in 1904, Gabriel Bruneteau founded the “Domaine du Grand Moulin” at Saint-Aubin-de-Blaye, guided by his passionate interest in wine and people. In 1985, Gabriel Bruneteau's great great grandson, Jean-François Réaud, inherited the estate, determined to develop and modernize the vineyard. Wishing to move away from the traditional wine trade system of Bordeaux, he brought together several neighbouring estates, by the end of the 1990s. It was the birth of Vignobles Gabriel & Co, a bold collective. Convinced of the benefits of mutual assistance in the winegrowing business, Vignobles Gabriel & Co gives priority to commitment and loyalty. The collective gathers over 30 partner winemakers. In a context of cooperative work, the partner vineyards commit to respect a quality charter, result of a joint reflection. Vignobles Gabriel & Co ensures a personalised support, from maintenance in the vineyard to vinification, while paying attention to the environment. Vignobles Gabriel & Co offers an extensive range of quality wines from the Right Bank of Bordeaux that reveal with precision and authenticity, the character of each winemaker and the diversity of their appellations: Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux, Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, Francs Côtes de Bordeaux, Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux, Côtes de Bourg, Puisseguin Saint-Emilion and Lussac Saint-Emilion.
