Who are we

Vignobles Chevalier are family-owned vineyards that gather Bordeaux Right Bank estates spread across 4 appellations : - Chateau Haut L’Abeille AOC Bordeaux white, rosé and red - Chateau Chevalier Lescours AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru - Chateau Lafleur de Viaud AOC Lalande-de-Pomerol - Clos 126 AOC Pomerol : the latest gem acquired in 2019 Brothers Richard and Eric Chevalier (5th generation) run the family vineyards established for 170 years, historically on the Fronsac clay-limestone plateau. We are a dynamic independent winegrower and we market our wines directly. Our philosophy is to create original and limited cuvees distinct by the terroir, the age of vines, the grape variety and the blend, that deliver great value with very decent prices. We are also adapting to the new consumer demands, offering a natural wine without sulfite as well as vegan certified wines. Finally, we are starting a conversion to organic farming this year with the goal of certifying our 3 vineyards in Saint-Emilion, Lalande-de-Pomerol and Pomerol from the 2022 vintage. We work together with consultant oenologist Jean-Philippe FORT from Michel ROLLAND’s team.
