Founded by two travel enthusiasts and spirits passionates, the Spirit Factory opened its doors in 2019 in northern France. Far off the London dry classics, our brand Birdie is made up of atypical gins. Birdie is bringing together locally sourced products, traditional French craftsmanship and flavours from all over the world.
