SCEA Domaine de Montcy
Who are we
Created in the 1990s from vines that once belonged to Château de Troussay, Domaine de Montcy now covers some thirty hectares spread over four main plots of land in the communes of Cheverny, Cormeray, Chitenay and, more recently, Celettes. The entire estate is part of the Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny AOCs, with a balanced blend of reds (Pinot noir, Gamay, Malbec) and whites (Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Romorantin), including a heritage of old Sauvignon vines planted on the famous Clos des Cendres. The estate has been certified organic since 2012, and biodynamic (Demeter) since 2015. Our aim is to work with respect for the living world and to put our know-how at the service of nature to produce healthy, natural wines.
