Who are we

UBY is a family winery located in the heart of Gascony, in the Gers, in a preserved area where the last European pond turtles can be found. For 3 generations, the MOREL FAMILY has been working to bring a human, environmental and sustainable approach to its winery. Drawing inspiration from nature is the UBY winery leitmotiv and, above all, its philosophy. Our objective is produce vintages with the same freshness, aroma and structure year after year. This process demands flawless discipline that relies on total traceability from the vine to the bottle.
