Who are we
Jean's descendants, Claudine and her son Grégory, have taken up the family torch. With a know-how rooted in their genes, they are committed to living with the times and respecting nature. In this spirit, the transition to organic farming was an obvious choice. The conversion of land began in 2013 and in 2016 the first organic rum AOC Martinique is offered to fans. Gradually, all the lands, more than 40 ha, will know the same evolution. Progress does not stop at the edge of the cane fields. After years of research, Neisson uses its own indigenous yeast strains, selected from those naturally present on the distillery's cane.
