Who are we

After ten years as director of Gault Millau, Patricia Alexandre and Georges Antoun, president of the New Hotel group, created the estate in 2012 by taking over 23 hectares of vines in the AOP Ventoux and IGP Méditerranée between Gordes and L’Isle-sur-la- Sorgue. The story started with the renovation of the buildings to create a nice living place then it was followed by the creation of wine-making cellar. To produce the wine, a restructuration had to be done to keep the best plots or to replant some others and all this work was in the greatest respect for the terroir and biodiversity. Today they are passionately involved on the quality of the wines reputed and present on more and more fine dining restaurants and selected by the Hachette wine guide. It’s in the approach of a sustainable viticulture protecting the fauna, preserving the biodiversity, respecting the natural balance that we set up actions to act and involve us in the preservation oh the environment (HVE level 3): - Grass growing between the vines - Absence of weed killer - Using organic fertilizer - Planting different species of trees - First wine sulphite-free in 2020
