Who are we

Since 1805 our wine estate is located in the heart of Grande Champagne, the best grape-growing area of the Cognac delimited region. It is precisely in SAINT-PREUIL, small village ideally located in the heart of the Premier Cru of Cognac, that we cultivate today a vineyard of 30 hectares. The soil and the microclimate of this exceptional land allow the production of the best eaux-de-vie in the region. Our Grande Champagne DANIEL BOUJU Cognacs come exclusively from our vineyard planted with Ugni Blanc and distilled in our traditional shape still of a 16,5 hectoliters capacity. During their ageing in oak barrels, they will get over the time this rich, deep and warm colour, this sweet flavor and this captivating scent. François BOUJU, 7th generation of distiller wine-growers, embodies with passion and respect this family and ancestral know-how which gives Cognacs Daniel BOUJU this aromatic power, this great delicate bouquet, and this unrivalled length in the mouth.
