Who are we

Built in 1636, Château Rousselle gained great renown through the centuries and it became, in the 19th, a pilot in the experimentation of modernized cellars. Vines are spread over 23 hectares, with 5700 plants per hectare cultivated by hand. At Château Rousselle, Merlot is predominant but Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec are also cultivated on our HVE3 Vineyard. Our main concern is producing a large range of red wines from AOC Côtes de Bourg and Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux with high focus on quality and respecting our terroir. From modern to classical wines, Château Rousselle bring forward the essence of true Bordeaux wines.
