Who are we

Born into families of winegrowers, Céline and Frédéric began their own journey in 2013 by creating their Estate in the heart of the prestigious Chablis vineyard. Deeply rooted in family tradition and guided by a spirit of independence, they are today writing a new chapter in the history of their wines.

The Estate extends over 50 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with Chardonnay, producing wines from the renowned Burgundy and Chablis appellations. They also cultivate other emblematic grape varieties, including Sauvignon (AOC Saint-Bris), Pinot Noir (AOC Irancy), Aligoté, as well as the rare and historic varieties Sacy and César, which reflect the richness and diversity of the region’s heritage.

Their wines are defined by elegance, precision and freshness, expressing with authenticity the unique terroirs of Chablis.

Located in the very center of Chablis, the tasting room offers a refined and welcoming setting where Céline and Frédéric invite visitors to discover their range of wines, including Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.

To complete this immersive experience, the Estate also offers elegant apartments and houses available for tourist stays in Chablis, allowing guests to fully embrace the vineyard lifestyle and enjoy an unforgettable stay in the heart of Burgundy.
