Who are we
No high-quality rum made from pure cane juice was being produced in French Polynesia. This absence gave rise to the project to relaunch sugar cane production and a very high quality rum. It took almost six years to research and inventory the different ancestral varieties of sugar cane and to re-launch their cultivation on virgin land.
