Who are we

Launched in 2012 by Alexis de Galembert, La Fabrique Cookies has won over many consumers! Specializing in clean-label cookie recipes, the ranges have expanded and today we also offers cakes and madeleines! We are located in Gennevilliers near Paris, with a production site of 1650 square meters, certified IFS. And because we're never short of new challenges, La Fabrique Cookies has acquired a new production site in Ardin, specializing in pure butter sablés, known locally as Broyés du Poitou. At La Fabrique, our main focus is the quality of our products and the sourcing of French ingredients while developping tasty recipes.
