Violette & Berlingot was founded in Lyon in July 2007. Welcome to our authentic confectionery located in the centre of Lyon. It's a shop for those with a sweet tooth, for those who want to treat themselves, for those who want to introduce their loved ones to the flavours of their region, for those who want to discover sweets that are still unknown to their palates but whose names evoke a thousand readings, a thousand worlds: Toulouse violet, a square of pink marshmallow, the tangy colours of berlingots from Nantes, the intense scent of a metre of liquorice, the flavour of salted butter caramel from Guérande, a Bergamote from Nancy, the harmonious aromas of Christmas gingerbread, the sweetness of calissons... ...Treat yourself and treat others!
