Who are we

Schaal is a Family Business (3rd Generation) of chocolate maker located in France since 1871 and IFS certified. All is made in France with high quality & selected ingredients (Hazelnut, Praliné, Dried Fruits, Puree of Fruits), pure cocoa butter, cocoa from our own cocoa plantation in Ecuador (our taste’s signature). We can do Private Label and adapt our packaging with special sizes, create new & trendy recipes. We keep traditional process in bringing innovation (as macaron shapes, coated almonds with unique flavors) We cover all the categories from couverture to wrapped gianduja, chocolate assortment, chocolate bars, hollow, gourmet snacking, coating dried fruits, napolitains and much more
