Who are we
In 2019, both Cave Saint Marc in Caromb and Cave Canteperdrix in Mazan, merged as one single cooperative, taking its destiny in hand and imposing itself as one of the biggest production units in the Ventoux appellation. Certified ISO22000 and FSSC 22000, the cooperative covers 1110 hectares, half of which is certified HVE (High Environmental Value), and another 45 hectares certified as Organic. Today, the cave possesses real human craftsmanship and technique that differenciates it from others.
