Who are we

A small organic vineyard of 5 hectares in the appellation of Fronton (south-west France), made up of indigenous and historical grape varieties such as Négrette. Château des Peyraux has been reborn from oblivion to produce natural and gourmand cuvées. Great attention is given to the soil, to the natural rhythms, and the manual care on the vines is constant and meticulous right up to the harvest by hand. Vinification and ageing are done at the Chateau whilst respecting authenticity. Our first Cuvées without added sulphites were created in 2019.
