Who are we

Founded on the island of Ré in 1975, Ile de Ré Chocolats is an artisanal chocolate and caramel producer, still family owned and independent, purveyor of fine chocolates in our region of France but also to national supermarket chains in France and growing in export markets around the world. Eric Vallégeas is both the director and chocolate maker of the company.
