Who are we
Coopérative Laitière de la Sèvre is a independant cooperative of 120 producers of cow's and goat's milk, gathering the two dairies Echiré and Sèvre&Belle in Deux-Sèvres, France. In our cooperative, we manufacture AOP butter Charentes-Poitou Echiré, traditionally produced in wooden churn since 1894, and hand-ladled goat cheeses from Poitou region. All of our milk is GMO free and collected among our producers, all located in a radius of 50km around the dairies.
