Who are we

We are a French fishing company since 1934. The group activity is based on 3 branches: 1. Surimi: - On board production: Northern Blue Whiting surimi base raw material - On land production: elaborated surimi products chilled & frozen (sticks, grated, mosaic rolls, bites, …) – under our own brand and PL 2. Frozen At Sea white fish (MSC certified): Our vessel EMERAUDE produces high quality single frozen at sea Cod, Haddock & Saithe products. 3. Cold waters shrimps (Pandalus Borealis), Cooked & Frozen on board, Head On Shell On OUR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES We control all steps from fishing to marketing thanks to our own fleet of vessels & on land production units. 1. Surimi: We are the only one producer of surimi base raw material in Europe We also have a partner factory in Vietnam. This overseas production unit is under French management, with state of the art production line and respecting BRC, ISO 9001, HACCP. It enables us to offer great value for money products. 2. Frozen At Sea white fish (MSC certified): Our vessel EMERAUDE catches 80% of the French quotas in Norwegian & Barents seas. It is under French flag, with a crew employed under French work contract. So, we can propose the French origin, the traceability of an incomparable quality of flesh.
