Who are we

Authentic Products produces, markets and distributes natural vanilla and its derivative products all over the world. At the head of the company since 2005, two women: Gigi Chan Hoi Mi and Laurence Cailler. The first is an expert in the cultivation and preparation of vanilla and the second specializes in its marketing. It is therefore around four values ​​that the company lives daily: respect, support, honesty and hard work. This Franco-Malagasy alliance provides the company with direct traceability from production to end customers. The know-how and the strength of Authentic Products reside in the duality of its sites located in France and Madagascar. The Malagasy site has been producing vanilla and developing socio-environmental programs with producers and their families since its creation in 2005. The French site allows for strict quality control (olfactory, visual, microbiological, physico-chemical, etc.), traceability, logistical responsiveness, advice and product expertise. A guarantee of excellence, the French site has been FSSC22000 certified since 2023. Traceability, responsibility, quality, safety, expertise, are the integral parts of the company's commitments.
