Who are we
In the midst of the greatest terroirs of Bordeaux, Cahors, Spain, Cognac and Armagnac, Xavier COPEL creates wines and spirits “haute-couture”, complex, elegant, luxuriously aged and presented. The COPEL range features all kind of wines (red, rosé, dry white, dessert wine), and spirits (Cognac, Armagnac). Moreover, some of them are organic. All bottles are numbered and signed. Strongly influenced by Burgundy, a region he has long surveyed, Xavier COPEL interprets in Bordeaux the Burgundy model of vineyard plots. A unique work in this region for wines that reinvent the vineyard.
