Who are we
At the top of the Dentelles de Montmirail, 4ha of old vines flourish at an altitude of 500 meters on steep terrain protected by high limestone rocks artistically carved by erosion. Nestled in a cocoon of greenery on clay-limestone soil facing North-East, they profit from the natural freshness that characterizes our wine. The domain is committed to developing a viticulture that respects the environment and biodiversity, according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, as well as an eco-responsible and quality vinification.
