Who are we
For eight generations, the Château Pas du Cerf is family-managed. It's in the heart of the Maures forest, that the vineyard extends over 80 hectares, planted on south facing hillsides with a schistous soil. Expert in rose wines, the Château Pas du Cerf, also produces exceptional red and white wines. Organic farming. Rose red and white organic wines produced. We launched an organic and without added sulfite AOP COTES DE PROVENCE rose wine in 2022.
