Secret de Flambage

The COOKAL products allow you to make beautiful flaming. It is not a question of further cooking your dishes, but of bringing a strong Aromatic signature, with patented cooking process Secret de flambage.

This range of products, called Secret de Flambage, is more concentrated than the cooking Elixir (available in the caramelization kit).

It comes in the form of jelly and is available in the following flavours:

- Thyme, chili pepper, smoked, black pepper, caramel, vanilla and Cointreau

The principle is to deposit Secret flaming on food and put in contact with a flame. The buckling time depends on the amount of alcohol you have delivered. At the end of the flaming, the food is flavoured and there is no more alcohol.
