SANG DE MA TERRE
Ref. :
f7d37886
Created in 2012 by Fabrice Durou in collaboration with author Jean-Pierre Alaux (Le Sang de la Vigne), this cuvée celebrates the authentic soul of Malbec from Cahors.
From 50-year-old vines rooted in gravel, clay, and limestone soils, the wine is certified HVE Level 3 and in organic conversion since 2016.
Fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts and aged in ovoid vats, it expresses pure varietal character.
Deep ruby in color, it unveils aromas of black fruit and graphite, with a silky, structured palate and long, elegant finish.
A refined bistronomy wine, ideal with charcuterie, red meats, risotto, or aged cheeses.
