These hazelnuts, from varieties of the Akçakoca region, are prized for their crispness and delicate aroma. Grown in northern Turkey in the hills of Alapli, they come from 800 farmers we support through our «Happy Village» organic and fair-trade initiative. These hazelnuts are simply toasted and lightly salted to bring out their full flavour.
