WINE MAKING PROCESS
Harvested at full ripeness. Harvesting by hand and mechanically
total destemming. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. No ageing cast
Vinifcation process is done without sulfite and fermentation with natural yeast !
TASTING NOTE
The soil composed of calcareous sands and millarges gives small concentrated grains with fine tannins. A wine for laying down. This wine has a deep purple color, we find an alliance between the aromatic complexity and a silky tannic presence. This wine will perfectly accompany all types of grilled or roasted meats.
