The Saint-Joseph cuvée from Domaine Semaska is crafted from grapes grown on our parcels in the Les Vessettes lieu-dit, complemented by grapes from trusted partner winegrowers. Vinification takes place in closed stainless-steel tanks for three weeks under temperature control, using destemmed grapes and natural homogenization from the carbon dioxide released during fermentation, which promotes the extraction and release of all tannins and anthocyanins.
The wine is then aged for 18 months in barrels that have previously held two to five wines.
