Rum Waniyaro
Ref. :
8706cff9
Waniyaro means "crocodile motherfu**er" in Japanese. It is a brutal and elegant rum.
This rum was entirely produced at the distillery, in the heart of Haute-Vienne, from its long fermentation to its bottling, including its ageing.
It spent a few months in a new Limousin oak cask with a toasting called "alligator" or "crocodile" toast, which, added to its long fermentation, gives it a particular imprint.
Appearance: amber
Nose: lively and concentrated. Fresh fruit, green apple.
Palate: elegant and brutal. Notes of molasses, exotic fruits and roasted artichokes. Licorice.
Finish: long and intense. Woody and resin.
